ARMA Available Resources and Roundtable Discussion on the Value of Your ARMA Membership plus an Overview of Information Governance and the IGP Certification!
We will be joined at the meeting by Kevin Waldrup, CRM, who is the Chapter Advisor of Education and Program-ming for the Southwest Region of ARMA International. Kevin will give a presentation on the ARMA International resources that are available to the OKC chapter. As well as an overview of Information Governance and IGP Certification. Afterwards, Kevin will facilitate a roundtable discus-sions with the chapter members focused on the value members are receiving from their membership in ARMA International. Questions up for discussion include the following;
• What are the things you like about your ARMA membership?
• What are the things you are not getting but would like to get from your ARMA membership?
• What suggestions do you have for increasing the value of hav-ing a membership in ARMA International?
KEVIN WALDRUP, MBA, CRM
Kevin Waldrup is the Records Management Administrator with the City of Austin’s Public Health Department. Kevin has over 18 years of experience in Records Management in many different areas including records retention, records appraisal, dispo-sition, records management training, education, and awareness.
Kevin has been a member of ARMA International since 2001 and currently serves on the ARMA Southwest Region Board as Chapter Advisor of Education and Programming. Prior to joining the Region Board, Kevin served on the Austin Chapter’s Board of Directors as Education Chair, Vice-President, Chapter President, and Immediate Past-President.
